The Highland Estates Subdivision is a beautiful mountain neighborhood located in the hills directly above MeadowCreek Golf Resort, 25 minutes from Brundage Mountain Resort, 30 minutes to McCall, and only 10 minutes from Zims Hot Springs. Nestled in range of ponderosa pines, the 34 lots in our gated community enjoy stunning views of Meadows Valley and the surrounding mountains.

This is the website for the Highland Estates Homeowners Association, which governs the Highland Estates Subdivision (generally referred to as “The Highlands”). This website is the central hub for everything you may need as a property owner! Here, you can access important documents like the CC&Rs, Bylaws, Design Review rules and guidelines, and Design Review applications. You can also check board meeting minutes, view upcoming events, and get updates on activities like snow removal, weed control, and wildfire mitigation efforts.

 

In addition, you can message board members and update your contact information, or you can find information about local vendors and service providers. You can also pay your annual dues online through a secure process.

The goal is simple: to make it convenient for you to stay informed and involved in the Highlands community – whether you live here full time, own a second home in the community, or have an undeveloped lot.
